03 — How it works

What we run.
What you own.

The offer comes first. The operation is built around it. We agree the scope, the qualification criteria and the reporting before anything starts.

04 — Frequently asked questions

Before we talk.

01Do you generate leads as well as manage sales?

Yes. We connect buyer targeting and lead generation with qualification, appointments, managed sales and follow-up. We build the acquisition around your offer and run it on our own systems; the responsibilities on each side are agreed before anything starts.

02What if we already have leads or a sales team?

We review the operation you have and identify where support is needed. Our standard partnership combines lead generation and managed sales. We may agree a sales-only engagement as an exception, with clear responsibilities for each team.

03How do the commercial terms work?

You pay a commission on revenue we generate and collect, and nothing else. No retainer and no setup fee. We normally fund the advertising ourselves; where an offer needs media spend beyond that, the budget and who carries it is agreed in writing before anything runs. The rate is set per offer, because what an offer can support depends on its price, margin and how it converts today. Attribution, the payment trigger and the treatment of refunds are agreed in writing before anything starts.

04Do you guarantee sales or revenue?

No. Results depend on offer fit, demand, delivery, channels and execution. We agree how success is measured up front and review the evidence before recommending further investment.

05Is this right for an untested offer?

Our focus is established offers with paying customers and credible delivery. If you are still validating the offer or working towards your first customers, that work comes first.

06Who takes payment and delivers the offer?

Your business retains customer contracts, payment processing, fulfilment and support. We define the handover from sales to your delivery team before activity starts.
